Commercial Invoice stating number of Stones, Carats and value

Certified Packing list

1. Contact the Diamond office, Mineral affairs Division, Ministry of Minerals Energy and Water Resources

2. Book a Day and Time with the Diamond Office - Mineral Affairs Divison for Inspection of Goods

3. Have the Diamonds inspected and Certified correct against the Form 1 and Commercial Invoice
